Hi love! I’m really excited to share this transformational 7 minute meditation and exercise with you. If you carve out the time to get really present with what I’m sharing with you today it can be a real game changer.

So before you dive in I just have a few quick tips help you really make the most of your 7 minutes:

• Get your journal and a pen at the ready. You might also want to light a candle, sage the room or have your favourite crystal nearby.


• Take the time to really tune in, not just watch it, but take part commune with me and feel it. That also means no distractions. Give yourself the gift of 7 Facebook free minutes!


• As you may have guessed there’s a journaling element, which you can totally complete inside of 7 minutes but you might want to go longer. If you’re feeling connected with the journaling I’d suggest making the executive decision to go with the flow and take as long as you need.
